The founder and managing partner of the firm is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Practising) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation (MIT), and a fellow of the Certified Practising Accountants of CPA Australia Ltd. He is a graduate from the Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Mr. Yip has more than 10 years of auditing experience in affiliated audit firms and has been involved in many auditing and related assignments in both public listed and non-listed corporations.

CHONG TAI SAN

CA(M), FCCA, ACTIM

A member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and an associate member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). Mr. Chong has over 18 years of working experience in public practice especially in the area of financial reporting for public and private entities, corporate governance and risk assessment, auditing and company secretarial practices.

ALEX KUAN WEE HONG

CA(M), FCCA, ACTIM

Mr. Alex Kuan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Accountants of MIA. He has more than 14 years of business assurance experience and his forte is in providing consultancy services in areas such as due diligence auditing, corporate takeovers, implementing accounting procedures and profit forecasts. Besides being a qualified tax agent, he is also a member of the CPA and MIA Public Practice Committee.

Mr. Kuan brings with him extensive auditing and taxation experience in numerous companies and industries which range from banking, financial services, local government, statutory bodies and non-profit organisations. He was also an external auditor in a foreign affiliated firm and has been involved in auditing and related assignments in both listed and non-listed companies locally and abroad. Taxation planning for both local and international trade is also his forte.

SEE YUAN YUAN

Ms. See is a professionally qualified Chartered Secretary and a member of MAICSA and the Institute of Company Secretaries Malaysia. Together with her 20 years of experience in mainstream corporate secretarial work she has also served as company secretary for several public listed and multi-national companies in the past. Ms. See has also worked for various professional firms as head of the secretarial department and has vast knowledge plus experience in offering corporate secretarial services and secretarial advice to a wide range of clients.

YEE WEE LOON

Mr. Yee is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K. (ACIS). He has with him more than 18 years of working experience in various fields of professional services including secretarial, accounting, management and consultancy.

SAO LEE HA

Ms. Sao is a graduate of the University of London – Bachelor of Economics, major in Accounting. Currently she is the Executive Director of Prosleeh Taxation Services Sdn. Bhd., and has more than 18 years of tax experience and was involved in tax engagements concerning cross border transactions, tax due diligence reviews, restructuring schemes, corporate tax planning, group tax reviews and inbound investments.

CHIN WAI LING

Ms. Chin has over 12 years of experience in public practice, particularly in the area of financial reporting for public and private entities, specialising in tax and legal advisory, risk assessment, statutory auditing and company secretarial practices.

STEPHENNIE SAM SIEW YEE

Ms. Stephennie holds a professional qualification in Business Administration and has much experience in various fields such as auditing, taxation, accounting and management consultancy assignments
